Enter through the gate on the right into a large patio with a pergola, outdoor seating and dining table. Enjoy mountain views and quiet. Relaxation and enjoyment guaranteed! The garden has mainly fruit trees and flowering shrubs. Down the steps is a wood and charcoal barbecue area. Further on, a hammock beneath fig trees invites you to unwind. The 2 hens may even provide fresh eggs in the morning! Beyond the secure front door, the hall leads to all ground-floor rooms. Next is the fully equipped open-plan kitchen with living and dining areas and a pellet stove. On the right are the shower room with washing machine and the separate toilet. Upstairs: a 20 m² main bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed, and a second bedroom with 3 beds: bunk beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a 90 x 200 cm single bed. Bedroom 2 leads to the attic: use it as a games room or relaxation space—the choice is yours. The decor evokes nature and planet Earth, in white, Basque red, black and green. Wooden floors in the shower room, toilet, living room, bedrooms and attic; tiles in the hall and kitchen. The entire house and outdoor areas are exclusively yours. Make the most of them—you have probably earned it!

Le gîte, totalement indépendant, fait partie de la maison "IBAI ETXEA" qui se situe à Libarrenx, juste à côté de Mauléon-Licharre, ancienne capitale du Pays Basque intérieur. Récemment rénové et décoré avec goût, ce gîte convient pour un couple de personnes désireuses de découvrir la Soule, la province basque la plus verte et nature. Nous sommes dans une plaine, principalement agricole et avec élevage de brebis et de vaches, entourée de montagnes. Pour du fromage local, il suffit de marcher 200 m... Tout le confort est sur place et une superbe terrasse extérieure aménagée avec salon et table sera certainement le lieu des apéros ! De plus, un petit ruisseau descendant directement de la montagne passe au pied du gîte et celui-ci bercera vos nuits.
